University of Dundee Schools Event

S5 and S6 pupils are invited to visit the University of Dundee City Campus on Thursday 29 September, for an afternoon exploring the beauty and importance of mathematics. The programme includes opportunities to hear what mathematicians love about maths, find out more about why the maths you study in school is important, and meet and chat with university maths students. This event also offers a taste of what it might be like to go to university and an opportunity to find out more about maths-related careers.
Teachers are very welcome to attend as well as pupils. If you would like to make a block booking for your school’s pupils, you can book up to 30 tickets via Eventbrite. If you have any requests, questions or suggestions, please email a.u.russell@dundee.ac.uk and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Tickets are free but places are limited. Please book your place via the link below. Tickets available until noon on Monday 26 September.
