Learn from forensic scientists this Maths Week Scotland as they share how maths helps with their work. This is your chance to ask any burning questions you have about maths and forensic science.
The event is suitable for S1 - S4
We will be joined by:
- Professor Niamh Nic Daeid - Director of LRCFS and who uses maths, statistics and probability in research and forensic science casework .
- Professor Anne Coxon – Deputy Director of LRCFS, with over 25 years’ experience in operational forensic science.
- Dr Joyce Klu - Post-Doctoral Researcher in Statistics and who specialises in exploring the uncertainty around measurement undertaken in forensic science tests across different types of evidence.
