Secondary Workshop - Virtual STEMtastic

Join colleagues from Virgin Money to celebrate Scottish Maths Week with this secondary level workshop for 13-16 year olds

STEMtastic is a virtual event that aims to inform school-age pupils interested in STEM subjects of future career opportunities in banking, finance and IT within Virgin Money. To celebrate Scottish Maths Week, we are hosting a virtual workshop as part of a wider virtual STEMtastic for secondary school students focused on maths.

STEMtastic will be held on Wednesday 27th September 2023 from 9am to 2.30pm with the secondary workshop being held from 11am-12pm

Who is the event aimed at?

Young people aged between 13-16 years old.

What is the format of the event?

The workshop will be hosted live on Microsoft Teams, and can be streamed either directly to the pupils' computers or to the front of your classroom.

Any materials required for the workshop will be provided with plenty of time before the event to make sure you have everything you need to hand.
