Maths Week at The Pier Arts Centre

Maths Week Scotland is a celebration of the importance of maths in our everyday lives.

We have created a series of maths related activities that focus on our collection for you to download and enjoy over the week.

There is also have a maths related Art Explorer throughout the galleries.

Ria Kirkpatrick, Orkney’s UHI STEM Coordinator, will be in our reception area running a 'Creation Station' on Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 September from 10am - 12pm. There will be wooden KAPLA blocks to create your own sculptures, pictures and models.

All activities are Free and no booking is required.
