Imagine you find yourself in an unknown place. No map. No compass. No GPS.
What do you do? Use your maths skills!
Join Five Senses at the National Museum of Flight Survival School to find out how your maths skills can help you navigate using the skies, surroundings and your wits. Or put your navigation skills to the test with our orienteering challenge.
Sessions throughout the day, first come first serve. Free with admission to the museum.
This session is part of National Museum of Flight Survival School event. The day will also feature sessions on camp building, fire lighting and water purification. Plus get hands-on with real RAF survival tools and find out how they were used, from parachute silk maps to escape boots with National Museum of Flight curators.
Child (5-15) £7.50 (under 5 free)
Family £33 (2 adults and 2 children)
* 60+, students with valid NUS or Young Scot card, unemployed with ID, disabled people. Carers of disabled people free.

No experience necessary, these sessions will give you the knowledge, ideas and confidence to inspire the next generation!
